Item #: SCP-KVX-350

Object Class: Planetary-Safe

Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-KVX-350 is to be contained in the system SysCon██ in a dyson sphere with a minimum diameter of 10,000 kilometres and to be constructed of mainly Beta Steel. The containment cell of SCP-KVX-350 is to orbit SysCon██'s star in the goldilocks zone, approximately 176 gigameters (176,000,000 kilometres) away from the star.
SCP-KVX-350 is to be given basic nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and other basic human nutrients every month. The amount is determined by SCP-KVX-350 in the bridge on a biological computer.
If breach of containment occurs, Containment Protocol 350A is to be followed and a system wide lockdown is to be activated.

Description:
SCP-KVX-350 is an abandoned spaceship, discovered on ██/██/3568 and brought into permanent containment on ██/██/3570. SCP-KVX-350 is approximately 4,500 kilometres long, 1,600 kilometres wide and 1,400 kilometres high. SCP-KVX-350 is completely biological. Everything within, including doors, computers, systems and thrusters are completely biological.
SCP-KVX-350 was discovered in the outer area of the galaxy heading toward the neighbouring galaxy, Andromeda, at an estimated speed of 1645km/hour. The unusual speed was later determined during Expedition 350.1.
The interior design of the craft resembles a mess. Due to its biological state it is very difficult to customize the interior due to all the organs and tubes within which carry the crafts alleged blood. SCP-KVX-350 has a basic circulatory system which carries and estimated amount of ████L of blood. The blood consists of nutrients, a more advanced immune system, see Document 350.I, and a more advanced version of haemoglobin allowing for more oxygen and carbon dioxide to be carried throughout the craft. All supposed electronic equipment within SCP-KVX-350 are biological, see Document 350.E for further information.

Expedition 350.1:
Mobile Task Force Andromida-12 was brought in for an expedition into SCP-KVX-350. Four units were sent into SCP-KVX-350, A12-1 through A12-4. Cameras with lights were fitted into the helmets of all four units and begun recording.

Video Log Expedition 350.1:

[Begin Log]

Recording begins in MTF Mobile Craft 472. Camera shows two personnel fitting cameras into A12-2s and A12-3s helmets and switching on the cam lights.
The two personnel leave the room and MTF Andromeda 12 move to Cargo Bay 2 for deployment.
A milled thud indicating the arrival of the craft, A12-4 almost loses balance.
MTF Andromeda 12 pressurize their suits and the intercom begins broadcasting.

Intercom: Cargo Bay 2, prepare for deployment. Hatch will open in T minus 1 minute.

All units check their pressure meters and test their communication.

A12-1: Are you receiving me?

A12-2 through 4: Yes commander.

Intercom: Cargo Bay 2, hatch opening in T minus 10 seconds.

Units line up against the hatch, A12-1 pulls out his blow torch.
The hatch begins to open exposing SCP-KVX-350 side.
A12-1 begins cutting into the hull. Blue-Purplish fluid squirts out of the sending all units into shock.

A12-1: What the?

After 7 seconds all units regain control and A12-1 resumes cutting into the hull. More Blue-Purplish fluid comes out as A12-1 cuts further.

Command Centre: Please collect samples. Including the fluid and the material.

A12-4 takes out a small plastic test tube and gathers a sample of the fluid, while A12-3 takes out a small plastic tub and places a sample of the compound from SCP-KVX-350 into it.
Several seconds later a breach into SCP-KVX-350 is accomplished and a wave of gas comes out pushing all units back into Cargo Bay 2.

A12-3: Jesus what was that?!

A12-1: Doesn’t matter, we’re in.

Camera shows a dimly lit hallway coloured yellow with a flashing red light.

A12-2: What the hell is this place?

A12-3: It seems to be a hallway.

A12-2: Yeah, no shit.

A12-1: Guys! Get moving!

Camera shows MTF Andromeda 12 moving into the dimly lit hallway. Units begin looking around at the walls, celling and floor.

A12-4: Commander, the breach, its… closing.

Camera shows the breach made by A12-1 slowly regenerating with tubes and the compound.
After 2 minutes and 36 seconds the breach was sealed and the camera shows the red light no longer flashing.

A12-4: Uh, commander? The pressure is rising.

Camera points towards the pressure sensor as A12-1 looks at it.

A12-1: A12 4 get a sample of the gas, maybe its breathable.

Camera shows A12-4 reaching for a test tube, opening it and sealing it again.

A12-4: Hopefully its oxygen, then we won’t need to wear these stupid suits.

For the next hour the team is observed to roam the hallways passing many doors and signs with incomprehensible letters. The team pass computer looking equipment but no signs of any metal are visible.
Ten minutes pass of more exploration until A12-1 notices a peculiar door with many supposed wires leading into it.

A12-1: This looks important.

A12-1 begins cutting through the door. The door immediately opens and an incomprehensible screech is heard. All units step back in shock.
As MTF Andromeda 12 look in the room the camera picks a massive room with multiple layered floors and a transparent celling looking out into space.

A12-2: This must be the bridge. That up there must be the captain’s floor.

Camera points to the top floor showing the curved nature of the transparent material.

A12-1: Command, are you seeing this?

Command Centre: Static

A12-1: Command? Command, are you receiving me?

Command Centre: Static

A12-1: Crap, we’ve lost communication. We will move to the top floor and find a place where we can break out. Let’s move.

A12-2 through 4: Yes Sir.

For the next 20 minutes camera shows MTF Andromeda 12 roaming hallways and climbing stairs revealing many more rooms of interest.
MTF Andromeda 12 reach the top floor and the camera points to the location where the captain supposedly would be. Several computer looking equipment was found and on the screen of the upper top left monitor was a list of required nutrients. The screen showed the molecular images of many proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and other basic human nutrients.

A12-3: I knew it! The fluid, the fleshy walls, the tubes! I bet this ship is alive! Here are the nutrients that are required. Look isn’t this glucose?

A12-1: Yeah, it looks like its very low on these nutrients. Take a pic –

Command Centre: Static repeat, are you re- Static Mobile Tas Static Andromeda 12, are you receiving me? Static

A12-1: Command? Uh, yes I’m receiving you! A12 2, 3, and 4 move closer to the glass!

MTF A12 move closer the transparent compound.

Command Centre: Please report, what’s going on? Static

A12-1: We have reached the bridge, this seems to be a living spacecraft, and everything here is biological.

Command Centre:Static mission, I repeat abort the missi- Static

A12-1: Abort? Hell yeah! Lets get outta here boys!

A12-1 through 3 are observed to rush to a storage room closest to the ships side.
A12-1 turns around showing the camera at A12-4 setting up a wireless camera pointing at all the screens on the supposed captains desk.

A12-1: What are you doing? Command ordered to abort!

A12-4 finishes setting up the camera and walks towards A12-1
A12-1 and A12-4 head to the storage room. Camera shows A12-3 cutting through the wall and eventually breaching it. All units are sucked out into the vacuum.

3 minutes later MTF Mobile Craft 472 picks MTF Andromeda 12 up and video feed is cut.

[End Log]

Notes:
Thanks to A12-4 we can now monitor important needs of SCP-KVX-350 such as nutrition and damage. What got me interested is the regenerative ability shown during both breaches in Expedition 350.1. - Dr. ██████.

After a more in depth analysis of the monitors, evidence shows that the unusual slow speed of SCP-KVX-350 seems to be some sort of protocol to return the ship back to its origin. We might have to send another expedition in to further our research. - Dr. Rodger

Document 350.I Immune System:
SCP-KVX-350s immune system is shown to be a more advanced version of the human immune system however it has some major differences. The features are as follows:
- Bigger and a different color version of white blood cells, the color being blue, hence giving the blood more of a purple color to it.
- More advanced and bigger version of haemoglobin allowing for more oxygen, which as of yet the source is unknown, and more carbon dioxide, hypothesized to be the product of the crafts resperatory system, to be carried throughout the craft.
- Single celled platelets allowing for SCP-KVX-350 to regenerate any damage that has been done to the hull, bridge or any other part of the craft.

Expirament 350.I.1:
Procedure:
A total amount of ██L of a liquid containing a more advanced version of an erradicated desiease, ebola, was injected into SCP-KVX-350.

Result:
In the first half and hour the desiease spread rather quickly, however the monitors in the bridge were able to detect the desiease imeiatly. SCP-KVX-350 seemed to have analysed the desiease and was able to create the needed anti-bodies to completely eradicate the desiease. About 10 minutes after the desiease began to disapear from Federations radar and exactly 2 minutes and 46 seconds later the desiease was eradicated.
Extraction and analysis of the blood containing the anti-boddies resulted in a more advanced cure for the desiease.

The request to distribute this anti-boddie to the public is still pending.
